How we contact you

• Our emails are sent exclusively from @wodedmxy.com . Messages from other domains are not associated with our company.
• We will never ask for your password, credit card number or bank account details by email.
• Invoices are sent by the representative identified in your contract. We do not announce changes to payment bank accounts solely by email.
• We contact job applicants only after they have applied. We do not send unsolicited paid-work offers to members of the public.

Examples of reported impersonation methods

1. Requests to change payment accounts while posing as a business partner
   Reports include emails using the names of real employees to request changes to bank accounts. Always verify such requests by calling a telephone number you already know.
2. Websites using our logo without authorization
   Fraudulent websites using our name and logo have been reported. Our official website is jp.wodedmxy.com .
3. Recruitment and side-job solicitations
   Reports include solicitations using our company name on social networks and messaging apps. We do not contact candidates through unsolicited social-media direct messages.
4. Requests for remote access while posing as technical support
   We do not ask people who have no contract with us to install remote-access software.

If you receive a suspicious message

• Do not open links or files contained in the email.
• Do not reply to, or call, the contact details provided in the message.

• If you have suffered a financial loss, or believe that you may do so, also contact your local police station or the cybercrime advice service of your prefectural police.
