We support organizations ranging from around ten employees to several thousand. We focus on the clarity of the challenge rather than company size. During the initial consultation, we discuss your current situation and goals, then explain candidly whether we can help.
Yes. We first assess the existing configuration. Even if documentation is unavailable, we can extract and organize information from the live environment. Depending on its scale, assessment generally takes two weeks to two months.
Yes. Our Tokyo head office, Osaka Branch and Fukuoka Office support clients nationwide. Design and implementation are primarily remote, with visits when on-site work is required. Travel costs for distant locations are clearly identified in the quotation.
We encourage it. Many clients begin with one department or one system. Pilots generally last one to three months and are quoted separately from full deployment. Deciding not to proceed after a pilot is a valid outcome.
Yes. We document the scope and responsibilities of each party before proceeding. We can coordinate between vendors or support a client-led arrangement.
No. Cloud services can cost more for systems with steady year-round workloads. We compare current and projected costs before migration and tell you when savings are unlikely. Availability, scalability and operational workload may also be important reasons to migrate.
Often, no. Added operational complexity can sometimes reduce availability. We recommend considering multicloud only when there is a clear reason, such as access to a specific service or a defined business-continuity requirement.
It depends on system design and data volume. Peripheral systems commonly require several hours, while core systems may need one or two days. Phased migration and parallel operation can reduce downtime, but usually add cost and time.
It depends on the product. Some license types do not permit cloud use, so we review licensing early in planning. Any additional costs are explained before you make a migration decision.
Our managed services cover 24/7 monitoring and first response, along with regular configuration reviews. We also accept operations-only engagements.
It depends on how frequently the system changes. An annual assessment may suit a system with only a few releases each year. For continuous delivery, we recommend automated checks in the release process, with an annual external assessment as an independent review.
Reliance on a VPN can be reduced gradually, but immediate elimination is uncommon, particularly where legacy business systems support only older connection methods. We start with workloads that can work without the VPN and reduce dependency in stages.
Test restoring your backups. Having a backup that cannot be restored is not unusual. Then check that the backup environment cannot be affected alongside production.
For managed-services clients, we handle detection, initial response and assessment of the affected scope. Legal responses and disclosure decisions remain with the client; we help establish the technical facts.
We offer targeted-email exercises and workshops based on real incidents. Exercises are designed without blaming participants, with the aim of creating an environment where people can report concerns easily.
Yes. Initial requirements discussions and quotations are free. If a detailed assessment is needed, we provide a separate paid proposal so you can decide whether to proceed.
Our cost estimator provides a range based on the requirements you enter. It is a guide rather than a quotation, but can help with internal budget planning before a detailed requirements review.
Implementation projects use individual contracts. Managed services have a minimum term of 12 months, after which cancellation is available on a monthly basis. Data return and environment handover arrangements are specified in the contract.
Implementation projects normally require 30% at commencement and 70% on acceptance. Managed-service fees are normally due at the end of the following month. Please discuss any adjustments you need with us.
Yes, including during early discussions. We can use either your agreement or ours.
Graduate recruitment does not require prior study in an IT-related field. Some experienced-hire roles require relevant professional experience; please check the role descriptions.
It depends on the role. Our general arrangement is two days in the office each week, with flexibility for the remaining days. Periods requiring work at a client site may differ.
The standard process is application screening, a first interview with the hiring manager, a second interview with a director, then an offer. It usually takes three to four weeks. Technical interviews may include discussion of a short practical problem.
